Shipping policy
We ship during weekdays, Monday through Wednesday. Any orders made on Thursday or later will ship the next week.
Due to majority of product being handmade, it will take up to 14 business days to process and package your order in preparation for shipping. Depending on the shipping option you have selected, domestic orders will come within 3 - 5 days after processing/packaging date. If 2 weeks have passed since your package was shipped and you have not yet received your order, please contact us at hooman@crebie.co with your order number and we will be able to help.
All order inquiries after an order has been marked as delivered or has left our warehouse are the responsibility of the forwarding company (I.e. USPS, DHL, etc.), and issues with delivery or lost packages must be filed through them FIRST before contacting us.
We are not to be held responsible for any lost packages or merchandise due to post office errors. Please check that USPS delivers to your country prior to ordering. If you have any questions please feel free to email us at hooman@crebie.co.
